Arranging a workshop for your company or association for a whole day is an effective way of breaking the ice with your associates and colleagues. A day out learning a skill like dance is great to establish a unity between people who work together. Fun activities done outside of work really improves morale in the workforce and connect people better on a social level. This makes for better working relationships. The Learn to dance in a day program can be done with other parties or privately. Timeout breaks, lunch and drinks can also be arranged.
